All Springhill storage leases are month to month. Rent is prorated when you move in and ends on the last day of the month you vacate the unit.
Moving out
Once your unit is empty and your lock has been removed, Springhill requires written notice. You can stop in the office to complete a vacate notice. No advance notice is required.
Fees
Springhill does not charge a security deposit or administration fee.
