What to know before renting at Springhill
Reservations
Reservations are based on availability and are made no more than one week in advance.
Payments
Springhill accepts cash, personal check, Visa and MasterCard. Automatic credit card payments can be arranged, and an after-hours drop box is available.
Deposits and administration fees
Springhill does not charge a security deposit or administration fee.
Locks and gate access
You may bring your own lock or purchase a new lock at the office. Springhill recommends disk locks. Tenants select their own electronic gate keypad code.
Insurance
Springhill does not provide insurance for personal items. Check with your insurance agent to verify coverage before storing.
